Our high quality aluminum composite panels are developed using Japanese technology. The top and bottom layers of aluminum composite panels are compounded with aluminum sheet and non-toxic polyethylene core material that makes it resistance to weather. The individual layers of the aluminium composite panels are stored at high temperature of 210°-280°C. Both surfaces of panels are coil coated with special baking varnish. The 30-micron KYNAR-500 based PVdF coating, including a 5-micron coating of Primer protects it from strong solar radiation and pollution attack.
